It's nice to meet you!
Allow me to introduce myself!| Posted By Rachael Curfew
sciI love making new friends, so if we have not yet had a chance to meet, I hope we can connect soon.
Between now and then, here are a few things about me!
Most of all, I absolutely love sharing inspiring messages that invite individuals, not just in their personal world, but also their business world, to find and see the surrounding good.
I teach individuals how to train their minds to create powerful thoughts,
which lead to powerful results, and feelings of success and positivity.
I offer small, yet simple science-backed strategies that can be implemented today,
to help you live your BEST LIFE.
Life After Divorce Conference at BYU
Life After Divorce | Posted On 23 February 2024 | Posted By Rachael Curfew
We are just one week away from the Life After Divorce Conference hosted by BYU.
I am extremely grateful (humbled, and honored) to be able to participate in this event, especially because divorce is something that not only have I been through, but the effects of divorce can last a very long time without the right support.
My class is called, "Anxiously Engaged in Life After Divorce" and will feature three of my favorite strategies that helped me transition from being married to being single. These three strategies are so simple, and yet life-changing if you are open to trying them and doing them consistently.
"Divorce is just one chapter in your story and your story is not over yet!"

Announcement| Posted On 21 June 2024 | Posted By Rachael Curfew
I remember watching my friend Becky get sworn in as a board member for the National Speakers Association and thinking I would never do that!
Well...never say never!
Last night I got sworn in for a two-year term, and I'm more excited than I have words. The other members are fabulous. I am humbled and grateful to serve with them.

Testimonial| Posted On 15 August 2024 | Posted By Rachael Curfew
"Rachael Curfew is an energetic and inspiring speaker!
I've had the privilege of attending multiple speaking events she has been a part of, and her message always feels especially catered for the group that she's in. Rachael's positivity and vulnerability helps her audience to feel comfortable and safe enough to ask questions and share experiences, helping to build the groups' bond together. She's excellent at making sure everyone feels seen by her and offers a safe space where growth is made possible!
Her experience and knowledge is extensive, and she is highly professional in her presentations and how she addresses questions that she gives and receives. I love her messages and can't wait to attend another one of her events."

AGA: Northern Utah Chapter
Upcoming Event| Posted On 1 November 2024 | Posted By Rachael Curfew
I am beyond excited about presenting at the AGA Conference in just a few weeks!
I will be sharing a strategy with them that will cultivate a positive mindset, shift how they engage with their colleagues and the challenges that are present within their workplace, and unlock their potential to create even more lasting happiness and success within their career.
The best part is, this strategy can be taken home and applied within their interpersonal relationships, their habits, and overall well-being.
Women's Wellness Summit Follow-up
Speaking Event| Posted On 7 Dec 2024 | Posted By Rachael Curfew
Speaking on the stage at the Ragan Theater at Utah Valley University for the Womens Wellness Summit was so fun. The auditorium is beautiful and the audience was so kind.
I shared a new story about a character named Clara Thompson, a 36-year-old woman who had a big dream in her heart, but anxiety was keeping her from it. Tucked inside the story was a handful of strategies audience members could use to start the process of discovering their unique anxiety signature pattern and how "Anxiety is a Gift "in their life.
You can see in the photo some of the audience members who came up on stage to participate in an activity where we used an etch-a-sketch to help teach one of those strategies.
Keep an eye out for the next Womens Wellness Summit event in the spring. Updates will be posted on social media and https://www.womenswellnesssummit.co

Virtual Speaking Event| Posted On 7 Dec 2024 | Posted By Rachael Curfew
I hold a special spot in my heart for home health care, hospice, social workers, and chaplains who are serving those in the moments they need help most. So you can imagine how humbled I was when I was asked to share some of the things I teach with them about how positive thinking creates lasting change, reduces anxiety, and a simple strategy around gratitude to help get them started or that they can teach to those they serve.
